The Hotel was born away back in June 1976 from a married couple: Carlo Calamaio and Elena Modeo.
Elena was native of Manduria (Ta), Carlo of Entracque (Cuneo). They came to S.Pietro to stay only few days, but, for a twist of fate, during a walk beside the sea they felt in love of the beautiful and limpid water of this sea.
Then they decided to buy a little ruined house, and to restore to spent their summer holidays.
Carlo and Elena had in Torino a prosperous restaurant-bar, but since they were in S. Pietro the stay in Torino became every day more heavy.
Besides Mr.Carlo had asthma and the doctor prescribed him to live near the sea.

So they sold all and moved to San Pietro in Bevagna where they bought a land near their little house, from there they start to build firtst a restaurant with some rooms; then the another restaurant with more rooms; then some apartments inside the Hotel; then a bar on the beach; and a restaurant-pizzeria. Today there are 30 rooms, 30 apartment, 3 restaurants, 1 bar.
